CME Credits

In the CHERISH study one of our main goals is to build a sustainable and successful intervention to reduce ASCVD in the Black population.  This includes building partnerships within the community that will remain past the conclusion of our study.  To this aim, we are offering educational opportunities for practitioners regarding the most up-to-date ACC/AHA recommendations for treatment of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes. CMEs will be offered for and upon completion of all sessions, you will be added to a list of CHERISH partners that will be made available to study participants in search of a PCP.
